How Does Our CSA Work?
At Moon River Ranch, we offer an 18 to 20-week CSA from mid-June through October. There are two vegetable share sizes to choose from, and we deliver to pick-up locations in Philipsburg, Drummond, and Anaconda.
We grow most of the produce for the CSA ourselves as well as partner with other local farms to supplement our shares and to offer fresh, local share add-ons such as honey, goats milk soap, jam, jellies and sauces made from farm fresh ingredients.
Our shares are pre-boxed for quick and convenient pick-up during weekly 2-hour pick-up windows, making a Moon River Ranch CSA subscription the easiest way to get healthy, farm fresh produce for your family – and better yet, at a reasonable price!

Vegetable Shares
We offer two different vegetable share options to help you choose the right share for you!
A large CSA share supplies the most variety and quantity and is ideal for a family of 4, or a smaller family that loves fresh produce, cooks frequently or would like to freeze or jar extra produce to enjoy through-out the year.
A small CSA share is ideal for a vegetable loving couple or single person. Some folks in the past have found this share is a great option to explore what a CSA is all about. It is a great learning experience for first time CSA members letting them eat healthy and support a small family farm.

Share Add-ons
Our add-ons are a great way to get more of the local, farm fresh produce you want for your family. You may purchase multiple add-ons, or choose to receive just add-ons without a vegetable share! Please note that add-ons, like fruit shares, are not customizable.
Pricing
We offer two convenient options for payment:
1. Pay in Full at time of sign-up. With this option, you can pay with a card right through the website, or send a check in the mail, the good old fashioned way.
2. Payment Plan. Your share total will be broken up into two payments. You on our CSA page we have "First Payment" and "Last Payment" CSA Shares You will pay 50% at the time of signup, another 50% by May 1, 2021.
We can also offer the option to pay for shares using SNAP/EBT, with Double SNAP matching!!! If you would like to pay using this option, please reach out to us! If these options do not work for you, but you are interested in joining us for the season, we would be happy to discuss additional payment options. What kind of produce will I receive in my CSA?
We grow over 50 varieties of vegetables, including over ten types of heirloom and cherry tomatoes, peas, beans, eggplant, peppers, pumpkins, squash, radishes, spinach, mesclun mix, strawberries, cucumbers, lettuce, herbs, broccoli, rainbow chard, flowers, melons, and much more! We will be adding carrots, raspberries, blueberries, asparagus, garlic, onions, and beets at a later date, once we get the hydroponic side of the farm set up and operating smoothly.
